"New Year festival" will begin after the "Christmas festival".

　　Setup Start➡  Nov 27th 7am
　　Deadline  ➡  Dec 8th 7am

　　Okinawa New Year Festival
　　Date   ➡   Dec 27th, 2019 7am --- Jan 12th, 2020 0am
　　Setup Start➡ Dec 16th 7am
　　Deadline   ➡Dec 24th, 2019 7am

[Event join fee]

   Participate only in one round
       Sponsor 4,000L $ / 100LI
       Regular 2,000L $ / 50LI

   * If you participate in both rounds, the booth fees for the 
     "New Year Festival" will be as follows.
        Sponsor 2,000L $ / 100LI
        Regular 1,000L $ / 50LI
        
⁂ If you're participate both events(Christmas Festival and New Year Festival),
   we are offering you 50 % off on the participation fee for the "Okinawa New Year Festival"

[Collaborate booth]
    Can be used for collaboration work and sharing with friends!
    *limit 2 stores / booth 
    Land impact, fee, and booth size are the same as each area     above (Sponsor / Regular)
   
⚠Warning  : Notes on Collaborate booth fees
    Please pay the participation fee on behalf of the store 
    where you apply. 
    no refund of booth fee in any case, even if your booth sharing     partner can't participate due to various circumstances
  
 There are limited numbers of Collaboration booth in each area
 (depends on the number of participants at that time.)

1.  Be sure to prepare one new work that matches the theme.

     Winter, New Year,Celebration,Japan
     (*** Sales form is up to you(gacha / normal sale))

2. Please prepare one item for special price sale or gift.
        - Please choose either "Gift" or "Limited price (20-50% off)".
        - Gifts can be freely redistributed / sold after the event!

3.   Do not use a vendor that sells multiple products on one board.(multiple vendor)

4.  please don't put items with sound on booth

​

​

5.  Adult items cannot be sold.

​

​

6.  Sales of items that violate copyright and portrait rights are prohibited.
